Gecko IN.Temp 5KW Upgrade Kit

Introducing an air source heat pump to your hot tub has never been easier!

This kit for the Gecko IN.Temp 5kw includes the IN.YE-5 control system with RS485 on-board which means the IN.Temp heat pump's power & communication cable will simply plug straight onto the pcb. This kit also includes a IN.K500 topside which will auto-detect the IN.Temp heat pump by the system upon connection. Perfect for upgrading your spa and making it energy efficient!

Air sourced heat pumps will allow you to save up to 75% energy consumption in comparison with eletric elements. The icing on the cake: Gecko’s IN.TEMP also uses an ecofriendly refrigerant.

With IN.TEMP, you can choose one of its six modes of operation that suits you the best, depending on your climate. Smart modes including: Eco Heat, Smart Heat, Eco Auto, Smart Auto, Cool and Electric, let you taking full advantage of your IN.TEMP to optimize your savings.

Installation

It will need to be mounted to a level and sturdy base.

The IN.TEMP has 1.5" connections and you will need to install a bypass kit so you can isolate it, if required.

The Gecko IN.YE-5 pack has 4 outputs and uses AMP Plug with AMP plug chrimps. Please check the cables on your existing equipment to ensure you have the right connectors.

You may also need to convert your light cable to an AMP plug, you can then use Gecko Light Cable & AMP to connect to the IN.YE-5 pack.
